Prayer Guidelines
The Heart of the Movement
Every day at 1:20 PM
Stop with us daily at 1:20 PM. It’s the largest global prayer network — believers everywhere, pausing together in the same minute, united in the same faith.
Stop
Wherever you are — at work, at home, in traffic — pause what you're doing at 1:20 PM.
Pray
Bring your city, your family, and the world before God for one focused minute.
Share
Invite someone else into the moment. The movement grows one prayer at a time.
What to Pray For
Your City
The people and leaders around you, right where you are.
Your Family
Those closest to you — their faith, health, and peace.
The Nations
Believers and communities across every country we reach.
Those in Need
The hurting, the hungry, and the forgotten.
