Effective Date: March 03, 2025

The 120 Army App (“App”) is operated by 120 Army, a nonprofit religious organization (“120 Army,” “Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy governs the audio streaming feature within the App and related intellectual property and privacy practices.

1. Purpose of Streaming Services

The App includes an integrated audio streaming feature (“Radio Feature”) that provides worship music, ministry programming, biblical teaching, and faith-based broadcasts.

The Radio Feature exists solely in furtherance of 120 Army’s nonprofit religious mission, including prayer, worship, discipleship, and global ministry outreach.

Streaming access is provided for personal, non-commercial listening within the App. The Radio Feature is not offered as a commercial entertainment service.

2. Content Ownership & Licensing

120 Army makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all streamed content is lawfully owned or properly licensed.

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in the App transfers ownership rights to users.

3. Limited License to Users

Access to streamed content grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to such content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Such providers process data solely for operational purposes and are contractually obligated to maintain reasonable confidentiality and security safeguards.

7. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

120 Army respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If a copyright owner believes that content has been made available without proper authorization, they may submit a written notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable law.
